About Geoff

I've always been an athlete. Now I help others find that in themselves.

"I see myself as a bridge and a connector. I help people get into their bodies so they're ready to explore the deeper parts of themselves."

Running track and field at the University of Kentucky taught me discipline, commitment, and what it feels like to push past what you thought was possible.

But my journey to becoming a trainer wasn't about staying in that competitive mindset. It was about realizing I could help people transform — not just their bodies, but their relationship with themselves.

I believe the body holds wisdom. When we learn to listen to it — and challenge it — everything shifts. My approach is soft where it needs to be, and high-energy where it counts. I meet you exactly where you are.

Placing a focus on functional strength training, I believe the body is the foundation — and when you build it intentionally, everything else in your life gets stronger too.
